Under natural wood flooring, there are 3 major types: Parquet, Solid Timber and Engineered Wood.

Engineered Wood

Engineered wood has increasingly been in high demand in the past few decades because of its authentic wood properties and low risk of wood swelling, discolouring and abrasion, in comparison to parquet and solid timber. Engineered wood is constructed using genuine wood veneer and multiple cross-ply planks underneath it. It is the preferred choice for both consumers and companies due to its stability and durability.
